Next, the Freeman is crafted from superlative Heritage Brown leather - highly water-resistant, durable, and easy to care for. Lastly, the sole unit on this boot is so supportive and grippy it can pull double-duty as a light duty hiker. We combined a leather midsole with a storm welt with a supportive foam midsole wedge and the Vibram Christy Arctic Grip. Vibram's Arctic Grip outsoles provide superior traction on wet ice and snow.
